Dan Moore graduated from Culver Stockton College with a double-major in Business Management and Industrial Technology.  

He then spent 14 years working as a Senior Project Engineer for a tier one supplier to the automotive industry.  His broad experience and training covered many technical aspects of manufacturing, such as CNC machining and CAD/CAM technologies, as well as managing both of these departments. 

In later years his career moved more into the fabrication realm of manufacturing where he gained experience and training working as a Six Sigma Black Belt.  This included extensive training and implementation in lean manufacturing, as well as championing many continuous improvement projects.  

The last leg of Mr. Moore’s career as a non-entrepreneur found him as Plant Manager of a 120-man metal fabrication shop where he gained experience in managing human resources, safety, engineering, fabrication, welding, finishing, assembly, and shipping.
